Recommended the Vice President of Business Innovation to proceed with conversations due to the market potential of DVD Express (now known like Redbox) based on the analysis In 2009 Coinstar acquired Redbox, a leading DVD rental kiosk service, which has been the most successful product ever launched by the company.

·         Collaborated with the sales team to develop tactical marketing programs and strategies to expand and defend the national partnerships business. Achievements included expansion to more than 9000 locations nationwide.
·         Developed reporting tools that allowed senior management to control, detect and act on customer data. Collaborated with sales force and implementation managers to use these tools to detect soft sales accounts. Achievements included improved customer service by quickly identifying problems.
·         Launched the first multi-regional promotional campaign aimed to increase brand awareness and product knowledge within the Hispanic market. Results exceeded expectations by adding over 35,000 potential Hispanic customers to Coinstar’s database.
